Thankfully, Chris was able to come out on short notice and take a look at it for us! He was incredibly friendly and professional. He showed us a picture of the roof where it was leaking (it was a simple, unfinished caulking situation), grabbed his caulk gun, and hopped on the roof to repair it right then and there! A few days after he repaired our roof, we were hit with a pretty severe thunderstorm, and Chris' fantastic work held up perfectly! We are so appreciative of the work he did for us, and we plan to use this business for any of our future roofing needs!"

"Our house had a tricky roof leak that wasn't easy to diagnose right off the bat. Of the various companies we reached out to, Matterhorn (Chad) was the only one to take the time to actually determine what the issue was, and they actually followed through on their communication. Every other company tried to sell us a new roof or didn't return our calls after hearing about the issue. After Chad tried the least invasive and cheaper option first to fix the issue, the roof was unfortunately still leaking, so he came back again to get some ideas for a different tactic. He sent us a quote and broke everything down so that we understood what was labor vs. cost of materials. The roof was repaired a few weeks ago and we haven't had any further leaking since that time despite some heavy rains. Our final cost also ended up being cheaper than originally quoted since some of the excess materials were returnable and labor was less intensive than originally estimated. "They were expensive but good. They were experienced. The price I really didn't know if that's high so it might be comparative to the people especially when they took off the old, put on brand new roof. They didn't put new wood on, but they took off the old and put on the new roof, so it was probably okay. I'm not a roofer but I'm sure that it was good. I got up to 20-year guarantee on it. I put the letter that I approved to have him to do it, and he never did get back to me at all. I had to call them like two weeks later, but what had happened, he had a big mailbox at the front of his house, I guess they didn't really use and then a regular mailbox, and I put in the big mailbox since I thought was for the roofing stuff. They never even opened that box up. So, I called up, then he went out and found that my insurance okayed it. The guys were really nice. I didn't see the owner really anymore it's the guys that work me, and they're all were nice to me."

They look much nicer than my old windows, working well beyond my initial expectations on the first heating bill. The trim work was flawless. Danny and the crew were courteous and clean.
