And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "First I would like to say that the cost may be off either more or less. It has been awhile and I do not remember the exact cost. They were hours late. A few hours late actually. My husband was out of town and my daughter (over 18) was helping and waiting for them and ended up missing work because they were so late. My husband called them a couple of times and was told they would be there as soon as they could but they were in a meeting that had started late and was taking longer than expected. Once they arrived they were polite and friendly, the work was done in a few hours and they had done a wonderful job. We were very impressed at how clean they were able to get the house. We have no complaints about the work that was done, just the punctuality.
