Get matched with top plumbing installers for a remodel or addition in Pocono Lake, PA

"The man who came to do the estimate was knowledgable and a really nice guy. When he worked up the estimate it was high so he asked us for a number we would be comfortable with, between himself and his manager they came back with a good number. Not cheap by any means but the equipment and installation comes with a 6 year guarantee, which is hard to find today. Installation was scheduled for 3 days later, also hard to find these days. The installers were there on time with everything they needed to do the job. Every man knew what he needed to do yet there was one man leading the team. They covered all the floors in the areas they were working and wore booties to keep everything clean. Everything was installed straight and level. In the end there was some spackling needed to be done because of a stud in the way where they tried to put a hole. Customer service followed up with an email questionnaire which I filled out with some of my concerns about the installation. They got back to me by phone and apologized for any inconvenience. They are sending me $100 for my time, materials and hassel of having to fix their little bo bo. A great company and I have recommended them to family."

"Bob is great, I call him for all my plumbing and heating needs.  They are very knowledgeable about your house.  I have used his service for the last 8 years and they are always professional and friendly.  He calls back right away every time which is important when you have no heat and kids in the house.  He also goes way above and beyond the call of duty and gives advice and helps out when he can.  We love this company!!!

"Orbit was a pleasure to deal with. They gave us an exact time they would be here for both appointments instead of giving us a window of time, which is hard to find these days. On top of that, they were on time or early each time. Justin did a wonderful job explaining the benefits, and the install team were in and out in no time. We got a softener, filtration system, and alkaline drinking water system. We couldn't be happier, and wish we would have done this sooner. A+ business!"

"Chris the owner is amazing! I’m a new home owner and had a lot of question for him on how to do this and that. He had no problem with helping me on little projects while getting done what I needed him to do. I also have two small children that he made sure to pick up after himself. 100% I will have him back with future projects!"

"We have been very pleased with the work completed by E. Thomas throughout the last 4+ years. We love supporting a family business and working with E. Thomas has been so easy. He communicates well, offers fair prices and completes all work on time. It has been great to have a reliable contractor with such a wide range of skills."

"Gennaro's Property Management built an addition to our home for my handicapped husband. We are totally happy with the result. It is beautiful and functions perfectly. My husband can get to the bathroom without his walker. The workmanship was superb."

"PRO: For installing an interior French drain, while it was pouring outside, the crew was extremely clean. Both my yard and interior of my house was left with only minor evidence of the work. PRO: The initial consultation with Phil Thistle was informative and provided me with piece of mind in terms of the project and projected outcome. It seemed as though we would have support throughout the project. PRO: Owen Dan Kelly is very dedicated to the quality of his company and the work they do. Once he found out about some of the concerns I had with the project, he remedied them immediately. I was very impressed with the attention he provides his customers. CON: Communication. Up to the install, I was in constant contact with the company about timing and expectations. However, as soon as the install began and then directly after, I was on my own. There seemed to be no one overseeing the install, just the crew doing the work. Also, there were miscommunications about the project throughout the install; the crew was asking me for direction on installation steps I have no background on. CON: Support. Again, as soon as the install was complete, that was it. Phil showed me images of pictures he took with satisfied customers on past installs, making me feel that he was dedicated to the project's success. However, after the consultation, even though he was copied on various emails about some of my concerns, he never got back in touch. In addition, no one ever contacted me to see if I had questions about the finished product, to see how everything turned out, or if there was anything else I needed. CON: Timing. The crew was on-time for the install both days, however, the schedule was more impactful to my routine than expected. The crew worked 9AM - 3PM only on Day 1. However, to finish in 2 days, they worked 8:30AM - 7:30PM on Day 2. As I have a small child, having construction still happening after 7:30PM was difficult, but more so was confusing as Day 1 ended so early."

"On time and efficient. Stuck to estimate to the penny. Installed electrical lines post and switch for pool"

"Gave Mike a call and he was able to come out within 24hrs to give me a quote. It was very good considering the prices of everything going up. I told him to go ahead and do it, and he was on top of it. Very professional. And the quality of the work was better than expected. Will be saving his number for the future."

"John was great! He immediately responded to my inquiry and was able to get to my house and complete the repair within a couple hours. I was blown away by how quick and efficient he was! I was very happy with his work and would definitely hire him for any future plumbing needs."
