"My best to Sara’s Landscaping - Jose and his team! This was a difficult job as our property was overgrown! Jose started by trimming branches and cutting two large trees back from the roof and away from the house. Next, we had a large area covered in overgrown shrubbery/weeds and other small trees on one side of the property. Jose and his team removed everything and landscaped with new mulch, plants, and shrubs.....and now that area looks beautiful! They also removed 10 large dead and or dying shrubs from the front of the house and replaced with new mulch and beautiful Boxwoods. Additionally, he trimmed multiple overgrown Barberry and Burning Bush shrubs to a more appropriate size, and then weeded and mulched in that area as well. Lastly, a new drainage system was installed (including digging the drainage ditch) to carry water away from the house that gets pumped out via sump-pump and from the rain gutters. Overall, we are extremely pleased! Jose came with many solutions for this very difficulty job and completed the work quickly! The price was very competitive! We highly recommend Sara’s Landscaping!!!! Thank you :-))"

"We noticed Miguel working on a neighbors driveway and decided to ask Miguel to create a patio space in our yard. The initial meeting with Miguel Amaya went well. Miguel is very organized and professional. He looked at the space available and suggested different patio styles. He helped choose patio pavers and stones and marked the area. The cost estimate and time of completion was agreeable. We signed the contract and was excited for the work to start. As the work started his team members were efficient, professional and friendly. For me its important to have a contractor that does good work and is honest and trustworthy. Miguel does excellent work and he is very honest and trustworthy. The outcome of the product is amazing. It exceeded our expectations and we are very satisfied with the work done. Our backyard looked patchy and dull now we have a space that we can enjoy and entertain guests. We are definitely hiring Miguel to do more work on our walkway and front yard. I highly recommend Miguel."

"It was very good! He has very good communication skills, he was letting us know every step of the work, when to expect, if they're running late and they also did follow up. They pricing was reasonable for the type of the work that we needed done on the driveway, he was friendly yet professional at the same time attentive to what we needed. He was not pushy, he was very patient and in fact we have referred him to our neighbor down the road and they ended up contracting with him."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Pocono Lake, PA

Installing interlocking pavers takes between four and 10 days, depending on the project's size and complexity. The process involves careful excavation, precise leveling, and building a stable base before placing the pavers. Larger projects or challenging site conditions may require more time to ensure a durable and attractive result that stands the test of time.

It's not recommended to place pavers directly on dirt. For the best results, you'll need to lay a foundation of gravel or sand to create a leveled and compacted base. This ensures proper drainage below the pavers, preventing erosion and shifting over time. An uneven or unstable base can cause the pavers to move or settle improperly, affecting the appearance and longevity of your installation.

Installing interlocking pavers yourself involves rigorous preparation and careful execution. This DIY approach requires excavation, precise leveling, and building a proper base using gravel or sand to ensure stability. The project demands at least two to three full days of intensive manual work and the use of specialized tools. Alternatively, hire a paver installer for professional results.

Concrete stone and clay brick pavers are the top choices for homeowners. They offer robust performance and an attractive finish that elevates outdoor living areas. These materials are engineered for superior durability and design flexibility, ensuring long-term strength and style. Selecting the right paver type maximizes the overall appeal and functionality of your space while meeting all design and performance standards.
