Dennie gave me a quote over the phone and he agreed to come to my home which was an hour and a half way. We made the appointment, he arrived on time and I had a newly resurfaced sink in about 4 hours. I would hire Dennie again. He was responsive to my calls, on time and did wonderful work. After meeting Jack and realizing the variety of services he offered, I asked him to also paint my kitchen cupboards. By the time scheduled workday was here, I had requested several additions jobs….like assembling an Amazon purchased kitchen island, installing floating shelves above my kitchen cupboards and repairing my front door. He came in with the appropriate amount of helpers, was on time and got right to work. He finished in the promised amount of time. "Terrible communication. From the beginning to the end communication was horrible. Seemed like a very unprofessional group as far as knowing what they needed to do and being prepared for the job and this continued throughout the 3 days they were at my house. All in all the job got done and the electrician side other than not being prepared or having materials and having constant issues with the parts that they did have and ended up turning out well. The crew was friendly however I did feel unprofessional and not necessarily high quality."
