"Alfredo actually came in as the lowest bid I got because he is so fair with pricing. After reading his reviews and seeing pics of all the good work he had previously done I knew he was the right guy for the job. Cheaper prices definitely did not mean lower quality work. Unlike other contractors he gave me multiple options to choose from for different aesthetics that would all still allow proper drainage. This allowed me to pick the exact look I wanted. His crew were all very pleasant and all hard workers. They were able to pull out all grass, soil and other debris then pack all new base rock and lay rebar all in just 1 day. This was for a new single car driveway as well as another new driveway and the side yard behind that (3 new spaces to park vehicles total). The next day all the concrete was poured/ textures and they took the time to do a really thorough clean up as well as even re-route my sprinklers so they worked properly. Just 2 days to completely create 3 new driveways! I’m really impressed with the work and so are my neighbors. 3 have already asked me for Alfredo’s number."

"Candido and his crew were fantastic! We hired them to completely makeover our backyard. They had to remove piles of dirt, bushes, old trees, take up the old cement and then lay new sod, lay an entire new concrete patio, and create gorgeous planters for us that surround the entire yard. The entire project was shockingly completed in a week and looked amazing. We have since hired him to put in irrigation systems in our planters and sprinklers in the yard. We also hired him to do front yard clearing work and weeding and that was done in one day. We also recently hired him to take down a closet in a small room to make it bigger, and his crew did that, patched the ceiling, relaid flooring, and then painted the room for us over a week - it turned out amazing! We look forward to hiring Candido for future projects - his crew seems to be able to do it all. Always very quick and the work is great."

"Got three bids from local concrete people. Unique concrete was very competitive on pricing and was very good with following up. There was a small snafu when they cancelled a day before the first scheduled work day, but Ignacio explained the mix up and made sure we would be taken care of. Workday the workers showed up early. Ignacio was there to make sure all went well. Workers were polite and efficient. Cleaned up afterwards. We had one small area that needed follow up and Ignacio was very responsive and had someone over the next morning to fix it. Our project was small, and most places weren't interested or wanted ridiculous fees. Unique Concrete explained there wasn't much money to be made here but they were doing this as a courtesy to build good relations for future work or referrals. We will definitely work with them again. Ignacio was great."

"Michael Crum Concrete was recommended to me by a co-worker who indicated he provided excellent work at a fair and competitive price. I Contacted Mike and he came out to my property to see the job site and discuss what I wanted (a large circular pad to accommodate a heavy water storage tank.. He provided his thoughts on the project and then an estimate to get the job done. Based upon my friends review and what I saw in other reviews, I accepted Mike's estimate and hired him to do the job. He gave me a date and time that the 2-day job would begin. He arrived on-time as did his workers. Mike did some necessary tractor work clearing and leveling the area, his crew set about making forms and creating rebar framework. The following day Mike and his team arrived promptly and began the pour and then finishing work. I couldn't be happier with the results and the experience of working with Mike and his crew was enjoyable. Very nice, honest and hard working people. "i met these guys at the Home and Garden Show and decided to take a chance and hire them to do my garage floor even though I knew nothing about them. They were very quick responding to my request for a quote, then clearly and thoroughly explained what would be involved in doing the work in my garage. We agreed the install would begin 8am Monday morning, and the team showed up exactly the time I expected. All five people working on my garage floor were very friendly and they really seemed to enjoy their work. It was an 11 hour day for them, but they completed the job thoroughly and it's beautiful. The project was substantial since it required replacing a tub with a walk-in shower, installing a new floating vanity and toilet, removing tile from the walls, installing tile in the shower and floors, and moving light fixtures. "We hired Richard to seal coat are very long driveway. His workers filled cracks on the driveway and then seal coated it. It’s been 3 years and it’s still holding up . I will be calling him back for some asphalt work that I need done ."
