"Wanted to take a long overdue moment to sing the praises of A Plus Exteriors LLC. Jairo and his team did a Top Notch job on my front paver parking pad, additional side walkway, and add-on pavers behind my house. They were prompt, professional, timely, extremely friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable! Neighbors stopped by to notice the work they did, and they even fulfilled a side project (small tree removal) request for one of my neighbors without impacting the timeline on my yard project. All of this, and at a fair price, too! Meant to post this last month when they first finished, but glad to say it now. "Hired them in April 2019 to level and reseal patio pavers with polymeric sand. Job looked okay at first, but shortly several voids starting showing in the sand and some pavers started to settle, which is not unusual or unexpected. Sent them pictures at their request and they said they would return and repair the problem areas. I marked the voids and uneven areas with tape to make it easy for them to locate the voids. I also asked that they call to schedule the repair so that I could be there. After over 2 months of inquiries and waiting, someone showed up when we weren't home and did the repairs. Some additional voids have since appeared. If they had come when I was home as requested, I would have simply asked for them to leave a little poly sand so I could fix an additional settling without having to bother them."
