"We just finished a four bedroom/ three bathroom full remodel in Santa Monica. We are very happy with the end result. Nathan, who is the owner, was very involved in all phases of the job. Nathan got the job done on time. The workmanship and attention to detail was great. He had good communication and relationship with his team. Whenever we had a concern or question, Nathan was easy to get a hold of and handled it quickly. We were worried about the process of a remodel with all the stories you hear about bad experiences. But Nathan made this so easy on us and we would definitely use him for any future projects."

"I got their name from a friend who was very happy with their kitchen remodel. I hired them to remodel a rental home. They ripped out the entire kitchen, removed two sliders and closed the opening and added large windows, replaced the entire floor throughout the house, remodeled the 2 bathrooms and fixed a leak in the roof that turned out to be a bigger fix than a quick patch. I was very happy with the entire job. David handled everything and was very communicative throughout the entire project. I travel a large amount for work and my biggest concern was to have to be involved in the project. Besides going to that has to check on the process the took care of the entire thing including receiving all of the new appliances. If you want a stress free , great job I would hire them in a heart beat."

"I contacted Evergreen Construction Group I had them come out and give me a quote for my master, and guest bathroom. Yan came out to my house with in a few days of reaching out, he gave us our quotes and we chose to go with Yan and Evergreen Construction Group. Yan was amazing at getting a team to come to the house within a few days to start the guest bathroom. Once they finished that they started our master bathroom. Yan checked in everyday to make sure everything was on track. They were very clean, always before they left they made sure to clean up after themselves. They gave me a time line and they completed a week before the time line they gave me. I would highly recommend Evergreen Construction Group, Inc."

"Our kitchen was in dire need of upgrades, and we met with many different contractors for estimates. Young from New Life Construction left the best impression by far, from his professionalism, renovation ideas and design, reasonable pricing, etc. I am so glad we decided to go with New Life as Young and his entire team were a delight to work with from start to finish. We received very helpful opinions regarding many aspects of the design and materials without it being overbearing, and it was helpful to see his previous projects through instagram (@newlife_construction) to see what has worked well for similar kitchens in the past. There was clear communication about everything from details of the job to scheduling and everyone was very attentive to our needs throughout. This company handled the demolition, cleanup, cabinets, countertops, overhead lighting, painting, appliance installation (range/oven and dishwasher), sink and faucet installation for us-- pretty much everything in the kitchen except the floors. They bring in separate contractors that are specialists in their respective field (cabinets, countertop, etc) to do each portion of the project so you know you're truly getting the experts at every step of the way. Even after the project was done, Young went above and beyond to wrap up last-minute issues that came up from cabinet parts that were on backorder and to this day is responsive to any issues that may come up in the future. My family and I are so happy with how the kitchen turned out and we would not hesitate to hire Young and his team again for future projects."

"We have had an excellent experience with SN Design Remodeling. They remodeled our kitchen. Nisso was our project manager. He provided us with an excellent plan for updating and making our kitchen more functional and aesthetic. Everything from the plans, permits, work schedules, inspections etc. was taken care of by Nisso. We were informed daily about the progress of our project. His crew was considerate and pleasant, they cleaned up afterwards each day, and most of all, they do beautiful work. Our new kitchen is just what we wanted! "We've had bathroom and kitchen remodeling done in the past and our experience with Young Lee was, by far, the best. The estimate he submitted for the bathroom redo was very detailed and included six computerized drawings of the project. Young suggested several options that we incorporated in the remodel. These were options that never crossed my mind, even though I'd been researching and planning for this redo for over a year. To prevent dust from spreading throughout the house, the hallway leading to the bathroom had a plastic/zippered opening. The floors and wall hanging were also covered. The area was cleaned/swept at the end of each work day. When not at our house, Young was always available by phone to answer any questions. He was very professional, easy to work with and open to any changes I wanted to make. The project was completed in 2 1/2 weeks and included a new tub, sink, cabinet, wall/floor tile, repositioning the door opening and opening up a wall for a linen closet. The bathroom is beautiful and is exactly as I had planned. We will definitely call Young Lee for our next project and you should do the same."
