"Rigo ordered and just installed a sliding glass door in the back of our house. He did a great job! The door was a custom order and took four months to receive. Rigo kept us updated every step of the way regarding the status of delivery. Once we received the door, Rigo completed the installation exactly on schedule and did a very professional job. Not only did he do a great job on the installation, he also added and painted custom framing inside and outside that we requested. The craftsmanship was excellent. When Rigo was doing the installation, my wife notice a small tare in the screen from the manufacturer. Rigo removed the screen from the frame and replaced it with a new one during the same visit. Originally, we spoke to a number of contractors, including some from Lowes and Home Depot, but I am so glad we decided on Rigo. He did a fantastic job from beginning to end and was always very cheerful and pleasant, even when we made additional and unplanned requests. I would highly recommend Rigo to anyone who is looking for a good contractor to install doors or windows."

"Wanted an estimate on installing a brand new sliding door and steps leading to the backyard. They arrived late and they presented their products and told me about their warranty. It took about 2 hrs. Very informative. But when it came to giving me their price estimate it was slightly higher than I expected. They didn't want to put in the steps. Told me you can get a handyman for that. When I said no I'm just asking for estimates, they get pushy and keep asking me why I don't just use their company. I said I'm just asking for estimates. Leave your estimate and I'll get back to you. Well he left and didn't leave his estimate."

"It went fine. They removed double sliding patio doors, replaced all wheels on doors and installed new track on bottom. Old track was so bent we could barely move the doors. They now glide easily. At first they were noiseless, but a couple of weeks later they got a little noisy, although they still glide smoothly. This may have been due to pressure put on the door when we later had a safety laminate put on the glass. I wish I'd done it years ago, as the struggle to open & close them was really annoying.
We initially planned to replace the doors, but they're 60 years old, no one makes them any more and it would have cost many thousands of dollars to replace. We're quite happy.

"I have been working with Alan for years and he has always been very reliable and in some cases, a life saver. It's important to have people you can count on when you have residential units with tenants moving in and out, and Alan is always there when I need him. In this last situation I have had abuse of the use of the laundry room so Alan secured it for me as well as changing 2 locks on a move out. In the past he has installed special security gate locks as well as changing all my locks on my move outs, which has to be done immediately. He has even come to my house on a Sunday when I lost my house key. He does a great job, his prices are reasonable and I trust him implicitly. And he's a really nice guy."
