"Noticed water wasn't draining from the downstairs shower. Then observed water rising in shower drain pan and toilet only the water was brown. Called the Town as I thought the nearby work was related. They send someone over and advised it was the house drain. I called American Minuteman and explained what was happening. They said someone would be there between 4 and 6 and it was already 3 o'clock. George showed up at 4 and went right to work. He had a wet/dry vac and cleaned up the excess water then snaked the main sewer line. It turned out to be roots penetrating the line. I really appreciated their responsiveness and George was very empathetic. Highly recommend A+"
