The person who answered the phone was friendly, professional, and helpful. The technician arrived on time and quickly found the wire wasn't cut, but two wires were crossed in the transmitter. Because the fence hadn't been working for so long, my dog needed a little refreshing on the boundaries. The technician spent time helping me retrain her and adjusting the shock strength so we could use the minimal amount required to keep her in the yard. Do not get this company confused with Invisible Fence of Orlando. IF of Central Florida spent more time on this service call than IF of Central Florida ever has and charged me less than IF of Orlando ever did and were pleasant to deal with."

"Mr. Handyman was training a new employee that actually did the work with his supervision. They worked diligently, putting the cabinet together within a reasonable time. They were neat and precise, taking care to not damage the cabinet or wood floor moving it into the house. I had 20 mins left on the clock, as you pay in hour increments. They asked if I need anything else done and I asked them to install some new glass door knobs. Two sets work fine, but the other has come loose several times since installing. I plan to call them back to see if they will return to correct the problem. I'll let you know."

Noticed that the bottom of the kick plate installed around the edges was buckling and allowing sunlight through the bottom edge now in early April as the temperatures have started to climb and the sun is higher above the horizon each day. Classic heat and bending of metal. The call to Merritt was answered promptly and a service ticket was written for the repairs. I received a call back the following morning (today) and was told a crew would be out in the early afternoon for repairs. The crew arrived just before 12pm and saw what the problem was. They returned to their shop for parts and fixed the problem during the afternoon. I was not present for the repairs but upon inspection that evening, I was pleased with the results. They replaced the panel and made sure that it was secured with new trim. No charge."
