"This is a husband and wife team. Both are very professional and friendly. They arrived within the time frame we agreed upon. The purpose was to remove dust and lint from within the dryer vent. Several pieces of equipment are used during the process. There was a blockage in the line so Osvaldo went on the roof to the vent and removed it. We were shown what was removed from the vent and shaft. When they were finished they cleaned up the mess and put everything back in its place. <br />"

Dave arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment and, because we have a weird sense of humor, we told him to wait outside until the appointed time but, of course we let him in and he laughed. He has a great sense of humor, courteous, friendly and very thorough. He placed doorway protectors so his hoses wouldn't scratch the molding. It's been 3 years since we had our rugs cleaned (not by Dave) and when Dave finished (even though the rugs are still damp), the area and runner rugs we purchased 10 years ago look like they are brand new.
