Dave arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment and, because we have a weird sense of humor, we told him to wait outside until the appointed time but, of course we let him in and he laughed. He has a great sense of humor, courteous, friendly and very thorough. He placed doorway protectors so his hoses wouldn't scratch the molding. It's been 3 years since we had our rugs cleaned (not by Dave) and when Dave finished (even though the rugs are still damp), the area and runner rugs we purchased 10 years ago look like they are brand new. The bedroom rugs (which were there when we purchased the home) also look so good, we don't want to walk on them! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND OVER THE TOP CLEANING! We DEFINITELY will hire again!"

"This process is nothing short of AMAZING! My enclosure was in really bad shape (my gas powered pressure washer kept giving me trouble). It finally got so bad I had to do something. I called JJ and he came out right away and gave me a quote and scheduled the job right away. He explained the process to me and answered all my questions but I had no idea that the results were going to make my pool enclosure frame look like new! Even when I had pressure washed before it would leave some dingy gray sections on the white frame and after this soft wash process, all that was gone! I couldn't believe my eyes! It cost a little more than pressure washing probably would have cost, but it is worth every penny and then some! You won't BELIEVE the outcome! Give JJ a call!"

"Called for service on a rental property , I normally use another company but decided to give them a chance , receptions was nice and scheduled me an appt , at which time I told her I had a 10 year parts warranty on the unit , she stated the repairman would contact me with a price after he diagnosed the problem , he calls me stating the capacitor was bad and it needed a contactor and had a couple burnt wires totaling almost 700 , parts were over 400 and labor was the rest ,and said he would send me pics which I never received , never mentioned my unit has a warranty , when I advised him of this he seemed rattled and said I needed to take it up with the office , and pressured me into doing the repairs right then using his parts or he was gonna leave , I felt him to be dishonest and felt like I was being scammed , in the past the other AC companies I use came out diagnosed the repair and told me this is whats bad , parts are under warranty , labor is this much and I can fix it now YAY for honesty , I will never use them on my house or 3 rental houses EVER , there is no winner here !!"
