"Fernando is truly a master of his craft. We had extensive damage from rot, water, and termites in our oak hardwood floors. This was due to improper installation of the original flooring by a previous owner. Fernando tore the flooring and subfloor out down to the concrete for 2/3 of the floor. He rebuilt the entire floor and replaced it with new properly installed flooring. The integration of the old and new flooring is seamless. His expert staining of the new flooring exactly matches the decades old original. You get what you pay for. Don’t be intimidated by the price of his work he’s reasonable and flexible and worked with us to keep the costs as low as possible. He cleaned up the worksite removing all the debris from the tear out. I will be hiring him for a refinish job in the near future. I strongly suggest that you choose this company as your top contender for your hardwood floor work."

"We have had an extremely excellent experience with Paradise! We had a complete redo of a bedroom which began with gutting the room of old celing, paneled walls and old flooring, with a complete remodel of the celing and bedroom including framing new walls; installation of insulation, drywall hung and walls painted. The bedroom was completely finished with trim and crown molding along with trim around the bedroom windows, a new bedroom door and closet door were placed with new knobs and hardware. A new celing light was installed along with smaller details like new covers for the electric outlets and light switches. Other jobs have included a revamp of an outdoor area by placing stones throughout the entire area with river rocks and pea pebbles to clean up a unusable dirty sandy area in the back and side yard and laying down a stepping stone pathway from one side to the other. We also had a very small carport made over a concrete parking area on our driveway."

"I cannot say enough about Andre and Wood Stain Specialists. The stairs in our home going up to the bedroom were in really bad shape because of a DIY job gone bad. Andre came in and sanded down the stairs which took from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. the first day. The next 3 days were spent staining, painting the risers and applying 3 clear coats. The finished product was amazingly beautiful and Andre is such a perfectionist he wasn't satisfied until it was perfect. They also made sure everything in the home was covered to prevent dust from getting on furniture, etc. and constantly vacuumed and cleaned everything as they worked.
