"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"Every step from pressure washing. Plastic wrap, chalking, removing all exterior speakers, dishes etc from the house and painting was all handled with the utmost perfection and care. We were beyond happy that they took the time to remove and then reapply all speakers, hose reels, door handles gutters etc as I thought this was something we would have to do when they were finished. We would absolutely hire them again and again. Also would highly recommend them to all my friends, family and anyone needing a painter. After the painting was finished we had to have a few screens replaced on our launi and the screen guy even commented on the care that our painter had done even on the top of the screens where no one really ever sees.
