I got his information from a neighborhood group after two previous estimates, the first one I discarded for being unprofessional and the second one obtained through Angies list with great reviews but unfortunately I did not hire them because their estimate on the low four digits seemed excessive to me and they were trying to push an annual maintenance plan that I did not think was necessary. It would have cost me the same I ended of paying to KeepingITGreen for the entire repair including a broken pipe. So my third choice was Joe Galang and KeepintITGreen and they were amazing.
