"Overall we ended up having the driveway done. The experience was not the most pleasant one though. After the framing was placed and we called for inspection, we were told that an additional permit was required ( nor us or the contractor knew about this) and the project was detained. The problem is that Sal kept calling asking about updates and threaten to charge us extra for materials and tools he had in our property as if we were retaining them, even though these were the wooden slabs left in the driveway by him and readily available for removal. Eventually we got the permit, he poured the concrete and we have a driveway."

It may sound like a simple job but due to the difficult location which involved both the city and county permitting and dealing with the traffic during installation -this made a simple sounding project tough.
