"This is my second time using the Tiger team, and they continue to impress me!!. This is the second time that I request their services. When I called to schedule an estimate appointment, I spoke with GiGi, she was the nicest must professional coordinator. She scheduled the estimate appointment and showed up during the time frame Gigi gave me. Ray showed up and performed a whole inspection, thank God for that because he found another area that was worst than the dryer vent one. They email me the estimate the same day. The price was fair for the work that needed to be done. We scheduled the appointment Once again they showed up on time, they worked diligently on both areas, they finished the work in about 6 hrs. They sent me the Invoice at the end, with pictures attached, my heart shrunk when I saw the amount of destruction the water had cause, there was a bowling ball size hole that I have not seen. then I saw the after pictures and I was overjoyed. This company saved me thousands of dollars in what I know it would have been eminent water damage in this soon to be rain season. I have not ever too joyfully paying repair bills, however there is always a first! I called this morning to take pay for the invoice, I spoke with Sean the assistant account manager, he was the cherry on top for this company. He is professional and caring. In conclusion this company should get 10 stars! They have amazing costumer service, amazing professional services and fair, competitive pricing. Don't gamble with other companies, simply go with The Tiger Team Roofing, you will not be disappointment."

"I had a major roof leak because another contractor had done a bad job. Pro-Tek showed up on time for the appointment. They crawled through my attic when it must ve been 120° in there to locate the source of the leak (they spent over 45 minutes in there). They showed up the next day to tarp my roof bc it was going to rain again and then showed up the next day after that with a team to start the repair finishing 2 days later. Their price was fair (I had received other estimates and this was a fair price!) and they did what they promised. They showed me pictures of the process. They cleaned up after themselves every day. I would use these guys again anytime !"

"After careful consideration by qualifying 4 roofing companies and 2 expert witnesses, our association chose Aastro Roofing as our roofing contractor to replace the roof on our clubhouse and for all 23 building and 100 units just under $2MM including demo of gutters, sheathing, facia, replace domed ABS skylights with E5 triple pane glass low profile, Landmark Pro shingles, commercial sized gutters, repairing stucco and painting. We could not be happier with the end result. More importantly, after the job was completed, we did have a few issues that were repaired immediately. This is so important as here in South Florida, once a company has completed their work, they are not quick to service the customer. This was not the case with Jason Blair, CEO of Aastro. I cannot say less as we would hire this company again in 40 years when we need a reroof! I had a leak for years that no one could fix.  I finally resigned myself to the fact that I needed a new roof given the age of my current one.  I received 3 estimates all in the same range, all were quite expensive.  Then a friend of mine recommended J & K Roofing.  They came out and inspected the roof.  The did the most thorough inspection of all the roofers and as a result informed me that I did not need a new main roof.  It could be repaired and they were so confident in the repair that they gave me a good warranty too.  Further, they said my roof still had an additional 10 plus years of life to it.  They repaired my main roof for a fraction of what others wanted for a new roof.  And they replaced the flat roof for a very good price as well.  They showed up promptly, completed the job quickly, they were neat, clean and polite.  And they fixed the leak!!
