"I was in desperation mode, my pool was green. I called Leslie's pools to give me a "pool school" a guy showed up manhandled my equipment and it started leaking immediately after. Leslies person told me the equipment was broken beyond repair and "could explode". He quoted me $1,350 to replace the equipment he just manhandled. I called steven from pool Masters, he came in at 7:30 at night, spent over an hour with me patching up my machinery that very much still was working (just needed to plug leak with puddy). While explaining the inner workings of how to run my pool. At the end my pump is now working and my pool is now a normal color again. Instead of replacing working equipment with other working equipment, I was able to order a new saltwater cell with the saving and am looking forward to upgrading to a salt water pool. The 3 Bluewater Teams (prep, install & 30 day pool water maintenance) did high quality work, good clean up & answered my questions with a smile. "GREAT FOLKS! Called Susan, explained the Water issue, and she called back within 10 mins. gave me an appointment on Weds! (the day was Monday!) I explained that I had 'no water' in the house, which she was not aware of!!!.....She quickly hung up and called the guys again, and 'Curtis' called me back , and was at my home within 30 minutes! He reviewed the problem, saw the issues with the underground PVC, repaired the PVC Elbows and Angles, and I was back with water in my home in no time flat! This is what is called Lightning Customer Service, a Company run by Great Folks that take care of business at a Great Price! Nothing is Better. Nothing!
