"Everything went extremely well. I strongly recommend Lenny from Passaic Window & Glass. We initially needed a broken window repaired at my residence the job was completed in a very timely manner. I then inquired about replacing the crank mechanisms being replaced on bay windows. He ordered the necessary parts. Upon installation, one of the parts was defective, he immediately ordered the replacement part, that also was defective. He kept me informed of the status of the impending repair. "Called on Tuesday, they came on Wednesday for review of damage and provided estimate. Started work on the Monday. Due to water damage, kitchen cabinets and worktop had to be removed, spraying for mould, replacing sheet rock, then replacing cabinets and worktop. Took two days and the damage was minimal, lot less then I expected. Overall a good experience and a reasonable price."
