Alex, our contractor, was exceptionally attentive and consistently went above and beyond., He was always here, making sure the job got done right. On multiple occasions, we changed our requests and he let us know our best options. We now have a beautiful first floor that was opened up after a wall was taken down and we widened our cutout and doorway between the kitchen and the family room. "Everything went extremely well. I strongly recommend Lenny from Passaic Window & Glass. We initially needed a broken window repaired at my residence the job was completed in a very timely manner. I then inquired about replacing the crank mechanisms being replaced on bay windows. He ordered the necessary parts. Upon installation, one of the parts was defective, he immediately ordered the replacement part, that also was defective. He kept me informed of the status of the impending repair. The job was completed earlier today. Everything from the beginning until the project was completed was handled in professional & courteous manner.
