"We started working with Mr. O'Brien a few weeks backs for our first custom home building project. Working with the Mr. O'Brien is an absolute pleasure for so many reasons: His experience is unparalleled, he has an abundance of patience, he is highly professional and quickly developed a shared vision for the project with us. He listened to our ideas and worked on them develop a coherent design for the house to the vision we had in mind. We went through a few versions but Mr. O'Brien worked very efficiently through the process and in turning the drafts around. We were given personal attention and value the input and experience that has helped shape our end product. Thank you for all that you have done for us. You were the Big Starting block ")."

"They need some time to come back to the home and walk you thru the drawing"

"Jessa was wonderful to work with! She explained the process in a way I could understand, was prompt with communications and I actually enjoyed it. She told me building a house might lead to building more and I can see why. It's immensely satisfying to design something and then see it come to life! We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision. I'm glad they didn't hurry us because as a family we did not agree on certain details quickly. Love our forever home and so glad we chose the right place for the design and drafting."

"We have used Simonson Design as we went through an earlier design phase several years ago on our yet-to-be built new home, which we put on the back burner for several years. Presently, with a new design approach, we have "reset" the project back to the start and are excited to have the Simonson Design team once again by our side as our dream home design and plans come to fruition. We regularly recommend Simonson Design to others that are about to build but don't know where to start."

"Project couldn’t have gone any better. Alyse and Maikel were great every step of the way."
