Greg followed up with a phone call and when I told him what happened he showed up the same day to get it taken care of himself. Also, I had a tree limb that was in the way of one portion of the gutter and since I was away on vacation instead of waiting to talk to me about it, cutting the limb without my approval, or just leaving the limb where it could damage my beautiful new gutters, they used a very simple, effective, and non-damaging solution to push the limb away from my roofline. That way I could decide what I wanted to do with it when I got home, I was impressed with that! Great company, I'd absolutely do business with them again!"
