"My experience with Xtreme has been outstandingly pleasant. I contacted them for an estimate to help manage the weeds and fertilization of my lawn, as well as to make some recommendations for erosion control and sprinkler system repair. I stated that I needed an early appointment to reduce my time away from work. I expected the typical 4-hour window for the service appointment. That's when the customer service of this local company really began to shine. Ronnie called around 7:30 am to let me know he was on his way, and showed up a few minutes before 8:00 am (the earliest appointment time was 8 am). He said he saw the note that I needed to go to work, and came early to minimize my inconvenience. We walked the yard and discussed my needs, and he provided a very competitive estimate less than an hour later. He even suggested I NOT spend money on one of the ideas I had for the back yard erosion, and recommended a much more cost effective option. It's still too early to judge how effective the overall treatment program will be. Ronnie stated that it would take about a year before my lawn was back to the thriving and healthy lawn it was several years ago. I chose to hire Xtreme for an annual weed control and fertilization plan that includes annual aeration and sulfur treatments. The overall cost was rolled up and divided into a monthly charge of around $50. That's cheaper than I can buy the materials alone, and saves me the time and hassle of having to go to the hardware store. Plus, I don't have to do the work myself, which is probably a good thing since my lawn clearly demonstrates I'm not good at this particular activity. Give these guys a call.
