"Excellent! I had an emergency; needed the door replaced as fast as possible. Adi completed the work the day after I called. He was professional and thorough, working past 5 on a Saturday. The wood under the threshold was completely rotted. Adi made 3 trips to the local hardware store to get the right materials to replace everything that needed replacing. No shortcuts. When I noticed some gapping the next day, he came right back and made adjustments. The door is seated securely and looks great. Overall, quick, gracious, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend."

"Huge shoutout to Patrick with The Roof Guy ! After a bad storm ripped our wind turbine off, he came out within the hour—when no other roofing company even answered the phone! He brought the parts, fixed everything thoroughly, and made sure our home was protected before the next round of storms. Honest, upfront, and super personable. Exceptional customer service from start to finish! We’ll definitely be using him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing fast, reliable roof work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I can't describe the details, but the service man fixed several problems that I was having with a very old a/c system.  He did not try to sell me a new unit, but did a great job of repairing the old one.

"I AM DELIGHTED!! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE WHERE THE ARCHWAY WAS REPAIRED, AND THE FOUNDATION CORNER IS LIKE NEW!! MONTY ALSO FILLED THE RECURRING SINKHOLE WITH CONCRETE AND EVEN FIGURED OUT HOW TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE PAVERS. HE REALLY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND HE WAS WILLING TO TACKLE A TOUGH PROJECT LIKE THIS FOUNDATION CORNER. I AM TRUELY GRATEFUL. THANK YOU, MONTY!!"

"I had been looking for companies to help with the lack of energy efficiency in my new house, which is a 1951 Cape Cod.  When my husband and I purchased the house, we were unfamiliar with some of the challenges inherent to a Cape, one of which is the serious loss of heating and air conditioning due to the second (1/2) story being tucked into the roofline.
I tried six times to contact another highly-rated company here on Angie's List, but after a couple of weeks of waiting, moved on to Reach Barrier.  When I called, a real person picked up the phone, and when I said I had questions, she connected me to the president of the company who is right here in Richardson!  Greg walked me through how their product was made (which made me feel really good), as well as how the installation takes place.
The team arrived right on time (early to avoid the heat of the day), and finished faster than I expected.  It is such a clean process -- basically film and staples -- and other than a slight off-gassing (which to my surprise, dissipated after about an hour) and some clunking around in the attic, I hardly knew anyone was working on the house.  Somehow they managed to find access to the roof over my bathroom addition that I thought they wouldn't be able to do.  That was a great surprise.  The team was attractive (shouldn't matter, but I think it makes people feel comfortable), nicely-dressed, and well-spoken.
When the job was done, the total came to a dramatically different price due to an error on the estimate, so I called the office and they straightened it out with no hassle whatsoever.  You can tell this company is firmly committed to customer support and happiness.  I popped into their office today to purchase DIY kits for our garage doors, and plan to get them out to professionally apply their radiant barrier film on our garage roof very soon.

"The technician was prompt, professional, personable and polite.  He inspected our bushes and trees and made recommendations for treatment that we could do with little to no cost.
Once the inspection was completed, he provided an estimate for an organic application for interior and exterior general pest control reminding us that organic products lose potency when it rains.
We knew about the limitations of organic treatments but we try not to add toxins to the environment so we purchased the exterior and interior general pest treatment.
