"The system was over sold - it does keep the pine needles from getting into the gutters - but the pine needles stay on the screen and plug them up so I have to get on the roof after each heavy rain storm and clean the gutter screens.  We were told this wouldn't happen and I wouldn't have to ever clean the gutters again.  They left out that I would still have to clean the screens. <br /> <br /> Also, we were told the installers would clean the pine needles off the roof before installing the system.  It was raining when the installer came.  We told him it was ok to wait on the installation until a dry day, but he wanted to do it anyway in the rain.  This made it so he couldn't clean the roof and the screens became clogged by the needles from the roof. <br /> <br /> We were told by the sales people that  if we had any problems we could call and someone would come out within a few days.  I reported the clogged gutters, but no one bothered to come out."

"Superior Services Window Cleaning gave me a quote over the phone. The man that came out was very professional, and did the job in the pooring rain. We get moss on our roof, they sweep it off and then put granules on the roof to kill the moss. They had to come out a couple of times, to get it to work. The price was estimated at $400.00, and it ended up and cost about $600.00. They did an okay job. It is unlikely that I would use them again."
