I had a large driveway redone, a patio redone, and 2 additional concrete slabs added around my garage. Once my HOA approved the work, Lloyd and his crew were out the next day to get started. The crew was very friendly and always tidied things up each work day so the construction area never looked too bad. Once started, the crew was very willing to make adjustments that I requested. Lloyd revised the estimate as I requested and included extra footage for a nominal price. The final products look fantastic! This is very professional work! The crew did an amazing job cleaning up after the work was done. It barely even looks like any construction had occurred. The office staff, Angel and Esmeralda, were very friendly and courteous as well. The only issue I had was there was a small lack of communication during the job. There were times that no one showed up or the crew just left in the middle of the day. When I contacted the office staff, it took quite some time before they responded. I am sure it is normal for the crew to come and go as needed, I just wanted to know when they would be at my house working so I could plan ahead. Even with a small lack of communication, the job was completed per the quoted schedule with a small delay due to weather. Overall, I am highly satisfied with L&L and would recommend them to others as well as use them again for any future cement needs."
