"At first glance the work looked good. Upon closer inspection, it was disappointing. Must be very specific about what you want. I asked them to dig up a clump of cast iron plant, thinking they would fill the hole. They dug up the plant and left the hole unfilled. I specified 2 inches of pine bark mulch, assuming they would they would do the work as specified. Upon closer inspection, there was only one inch installed. They were to remove a plot of gravel and replace with sod. They did not bring in any backfill so the new sod has hollows in it and it is lower than the existing sod."
