"Very responsive to my inquiry for a quote. Sales person was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Project manager came to the house and reviewed what the sales person had documented and marked the areas for new concrete. We put in an 8'x8' pad for a garden shed, a 14' x 20' pad for a pavilion, sidewalks on both sided of the driveway and replaced about 1/4 of the driveway that had broken. We had to reschedule multiple times due to constant rain, but that was no big deal. They came out the day before they poured to prepare all areas and set the forms. The next day they poured the concrete and had everything complete by the afternoon. They used rebar for everything instead of the wire mesh. Rebar is much better. Excellent experience through whole process. I would recommend them to anyone who needs concrete."

"At fist, everything was good. Few days into the job, the crew go scheduled for another job. Then it seemed like my job was rushed. past few months started to notice more and more cracks in the sheet rock. Now I have a large hole where one of the piers were install. was filled with concrete. The concrete broke and exposed a large hole that was never filled in properly. Have tried to contact them by phone and email, with no such luck. Phones are disconnected and cant send any type of message to them."

The Floor It Today salesperson, Sean, came out the first time and took very low measurements, thus making his price much lower than other bids we received. When this was pointed out, he came out, measured again, raised his price but didn't change his measurements. The third time, we measured ourselves, called Sean out to re-measure and finally got the numbers right. Our biggest fear was that he would short order on material, installation would begin and we would have to wait until additional material arrived. Very difficult to give a rating on this company as we were not so pleased with Floor It Today but cannot say enough good things about their installers"
