"They were amenable to changes in scope of job. Instead of a partial hedge removal, the entire right side was taken down. Earlier we had the left side hedge partially removed, with a short vinyl fence installed. It was then we discovered that rebar posts had been installed to train the growth of the Hemlock hedge. The rebar was a big surprise! The work was done on a damp/rainy day."

"I interviewed several companies, and Charlie from Twisted Tree called to set up a time for my estimate . He showed up on time. He gave me a price while he was here. After much consideration, I decided to hire Twisted Tree. Iâ ve been around logging/tree removal most if my life. This was a family owned company, and I felt that Charlie was a straight shooter, No up-sales, or nonsense. He understood what I needed . He showed ip ON TIME , he and Jimmy got to work right away after assessing the situation, how much to cut, where they would drop the treesâ ¦ then Charlie walked around my property and pointed out a few pines that were 100â +/- and very rotted. had one of them fallen it likely would have landed on my house. I was on a budget, but could clearly see the tree needed to come down. So they worked efficiently, carefully and with good communication between the ground and bucket. The job was done.. Neatly and completely. Charlie taught me about a few tree I had planned on taking down, and explained they would be very nice healthy trees. I was grateful. Charlie and Jimmy were both great. Super personalities, Charlie more than willing to answer any questions, his team were extraordinarily friendly and reassuring. I would hire them again in a minute. And have shared my experience with my friends also. In my opinion, knowledgeable, on time, fairly priced.. friendly and reliable.
