"This is a family-owned business and it was the son-in-law Brian who came to do the job. He was the nicest person and very professional. He got here when we said he would. He knew just what the problem was and pointed out other things that we needed to know. The motor had burnt out in the pump. There were also items that should not have been flushed that was weighing the floater down in the septic hole. He replaced the pump, poured bleach in the hole (flies and larvae had somehow gotten in), sealed it way better than it had been, all within the estimated time of completion.
