Their plumber installed the new kitchen faucet - wrong - and it did not work correctly. He made a horrible mess in the bathrooms. We asked him to leave. And when we talked to his supervisor, she defended his work. <br /> We called Mr. Tucker and explained we had a 'clean up' job. We were so pleased with his work. He made sure the work space was protected before he started. It took no time for him to correct the kitchen faucet. "Joel Roberson was the best contractor I have ever worked with, hands down.  Although he was a sub-contractor on a total home remodel he responded to my calls when I was unable to get in touch with my contractor.  Joel was punctual, completed the work efficiently and did beautiful work-above and beyond what was expected. For instance, he moved drain lines under the bath cabinets to gain me maximum storage space, he grouted around the toilets so that the grout line was barely visible.  And Joel made multiple trips in order to accommodate our schedule.  I can't say enough good things about Joel. <br />"
