"The DaBella representatives were very responsive. The roofing installer/subcontractor (Heart General Construction) was also very responsive via phone calls to the foreman who then contacted the crew. It was a 2-day job. On the first day I found it frustrating that there was no crew member on site who spoke English to answer questions. But I requested from the foreman and received an English speaking crew chief on the second day so that fixed that frustration. The quality of the work by the roofing crew and the post-installation inspectors was outstanding. Roofing is now very expensive but the combination of the top quality GAF shingles and other features, plus DaBella and Heart personnel delivered an excellent result. A little pricey but worth it in our opinion."
