"Our roof is 20 years old and badly discolored by mildew and algae growth. This company did a great job. A young man named Cooper Stephenson gave us a bid (based on the number of "squares" of roofing materials used on our original roof - they figure this by satellite photo) and returned the next week to do the job. Cooper was informative, polite, and respectful of our property. The cost included a complete gutter clean-out, which we needed badly. He and his team arrived at 9am and didn't leave until almost 7pm. And they returned the next morning at 8am to finish the job. They worked through a short rain shower... it didn't slow them down. They moved all my potted plants so that they would not be affected by the chemical. They provided catch-basins on the gutter downspouts and disposed of the chemical so that it would not kill the grass. Best of all, the roof looks great.
