"My home is older and the galvanized water pipes have been springing leaks. I called "The Plumber" (Chris) for an estimate to re-pipe the home. Chris promptly provided a well priced estimate for 100% PEX from the supply to the fixtures, new water heater and moving the main supply entry to the house. "Carlos arrived on time at my home. He wanted to see the clean out line in yard. His helper started working from that end.? Carlos? came inside to the bathroom, flushed the toilet and confirmed there was a sewage backup.? The helper cleared the line from outside. Carlos came in with another machine and discovered the location of a broken pipe under the slab.?That's when the bad news came. I was told the pipe needed to be fixed or I would continue to have problems.? First I was quoted $7,000.00 to get it repaired.? I told him I did not have that kind of money. He said I could finance it, I said no. He came down to $6,000.00. Again I said no, he came down to $5,600.00.? I told him I would just do alot of praying.? Carlos said if I needed him to come back to clear the line he could do it for $150.00 next time.? Two weeks later sewer backed up.? I called another plumber. I don't like to accuse people, but it sure seems Carlos finds a lot of broken pipes under peoples homes."

"It went pretty well. Andrew responded quickly to my call and informed me to reschedule the appointment due to his emergency. Andrew and his assistant showed up on time and are very professional. They jet cleaned the drainage pipe in order to run the locator to find the sewer line exiting out of kitchen to the back yard. Their price is very reasonable, a lot lower than the other plumbing company that I got the quote for the same work. Highly recommend their service and will reuse them again.

"I had already taken the trap off of the piping under the sink and cleaned it out, that didn't fix the clog. Since I realized the clog was somewhere in the pipes behind the wall, I knew I needed professional help. On a Friday morning, I called several places... some of which told me they couldn't get to me until the following Tuesday, others put me on hold when I called, and most were just generally unhelpful which made me decide not to use them. I saw JR Plumbing had an A rating on Angies so I thought I'd give them a try. The owner answered the phone immediately and was able to answer questions and was able to fit me into his schedule within less than 24 hrs. When he arrived he put covers on his shoes and (with no prompting from me) was respectful of my wood floors and carried his necessary equipment instead of rolling it through my house. He was professional, polite and very reasonably priced. If I have plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely give JR Plumbing a call again."
