"Mark arrived inspected the house and wrote something in a notebook then told me he would send me an estimate in a day or so. A week went by no estimate, no communication so I called him only for him to say he would get it to me that evening. I wait another 3 days and still no estimate. If this is how he communicates for just an estimate I can imagine how he would be on the job. A professional courtesy would've been just to say I cannot give you an estimate or am not willing to do the job either way I wouldve respected that instead of lying or stringing a potential customer along. "DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."
