"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the cityâ s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. Thank you, Tony and team!"

"Newhaus Roofing fixed a few loose and cracked shingles on our roof, and they were fantastic to work with. The team was professional, on time, and made sure the repairs blended seamlessly with the rest of the roof. Highly recommend their shingle repair services."

"Hiring them for my flat roof replacement was a total win. They were so on the ball, always there when I needed them. And let me tell you, their crew? Top-notch. They didn't just replace my roof; they gave me peace of mind. Now, I've got a roof I can trust, thanks to you guys!"

"The team from Titanium Roof Innovations company recently did a great job preparing our roof for installation of solar panels. The work included removing existing tiles and underlayment from the roof, doing necessary prep work like replacing damaged plywood, installing new metal valley flashing at all roof connections and T-tops and vent caps on all exhaust pipes, and applying water-resistant mastic in all valleys. They installed peel-and-stick underlayment designed for tile roofing which provides advanced water barrier before placing back the tiles. Finally, they painted all flashings and vents with Rust-Oleum to match the roof color and cleaned the roof with a power washer. They left the working area in a neat clean state removing all debris. The team manager, Julian Mattos, was very efficient and responsive to our requests. Importantly along with a great service the Titanium Roof Innovations company provided a very competitive price for their work and the work has been completed on"

"We hired Frontline Roofing to repair and install a new roof. We were extremely happy with their work and with how they showed up on time early and kept everything neat and clean. We had some if our eaves and Korbels repaired and They did an excellent job. We have a 10 year warranty but I'm sure we won't need to call them as they were very thorough and take pride in their work. We highly recommend them if you need any work done on your roof."

"Excellent work. Very fair price. Journey Builders worked to repair/replace the second floor roof and some eaves which were damaged. Journey Brothers worked to ensure the roof was replaced and the eaves were repaired prior to the upcoming stormy weather (the day prior). I'm very satisfied with our communications throughout the process. Will definitely refer them to others. Thank you Journey Builders for the great job!"

"I’m writing this review as the property owner of a 1920’s apartment building in Santa Ana. We hired Atom Builders for a full roofing project on our flat roof, and I can confidently say they delivered outstanding service from start to finish. During our course of the project we were unexpectedly hit with rain and strong winds which caused the protective tarp to shift and resulted in a leak, as soon as Atom Builders was notified their team responded immediately! They sent out a full crew to assess and address the issue without any delays. What truly stood out was their commitment to making things right. Without hesitation, they offered and provided AirBnBs for the affected tenants to ensure minimal disruption and offered full reimbursement for any damaged belongings. Beyond that they even repaired pre-existing issues in the units going well above and beyond. John was very helpful and showed great customer service. if you’re looking for a reliable company, Atom Builders is the one!"

"I hired this roofing company for a full roof replacement. Overall, the experience was very positive. The crew showed up on time each day and kept me updated throughout the process. They explained the materials they were using and answered all my questions clearly. The job was completed in two days, and the cleanup was thorough, no nails or debris left behind. The price was in line with other quotes I received, and there were no surprise charges. The only issue was a slight delay in starting due to weather, but they communicated that ahead of time. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work and would use them again."
