"Each staff member I interacted with was very professional and friendly. They were very quick to come out and evaluate the issue and provide options for solutions including addressing and explaining safety concerns. They seemed very honest and helpful and did a terrific job installing the new equipment as well as providing financing options. They also were very courteous and careful about not leaving a mess behind. Additionally they scheduled a follow up visit in one week to ensure all is working well. We were very happy to find them and highly recommend."

"I owe Robert an apology. He quoted me an outlandish price of $400 for repair of a timer on my Kenmore Dryer. I gave him the $100 call fee and sent him on his way, thinking he was scamming me. Well, I got on the internet and hunted down my part- $180! So I thank him for pointing out the problem. It was a $100 education. I got a discount on the part. I ended up paying $136. I YouTubed how to install it, so I saved a little over $100 dollars. It takes under 15 minutes to install."
