After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. "TERRIBLE COMPANY BEWARE!!!!! I was in contact for a week with a lady discussing my move , details of the move stairs items etc. told her I lived on 4th floor walk up all that. March 1st comes she?s sends me 3 men 2 in which can barely walk up a flight of stairs without passing out. The one guy comes up stairs before even looking at anything and says this is too much goes downstairs starts packing up and LITERALLY COMES OUT HIS MOUTH AND SAYS FIGURE IT OUT AND CALL THE OFFICE WE?RE LEAVING. on the 1st of the month mind you .. I had to take off 3 days of work to figure out what to do so my previous landlord didn?t have my belongings in the street . if you want your time money and peace of mind played with by all means waste your time with this terrible company ."

They are unreliable and they lie about their prices. I initially negotiated a very well priced move The day before my move, they contacted me to go over my inventory, my inventory increased, so they charge me an additional $500 on top of my original price of $2500 but on the day of my move, the movers try to renegotiate and charge me an additional $2700, tagging on fee, after fee. I argued with their dispatcher about the fees, and had no choice to agree to some sort of price because I had to move. I agreed on a payment, but, on delivery day they wanted to charge me even more! When I refused to make any more payments, the delivery guy left all my stuff in the front entrance didn?t tell me He left , So all my stuff was sitting there for almost 45 minutes unattended . Do not use these people. T "

"Extremely disappointing experience with Schlepper. We hired them for a move that included an antique armoire valued at $15,000, with very clear instructions agreed upon in advance with their representative (J). Those instructions were not followed, and the armoire was damaged as a result. Key issues: We were never informed or offered any insurance option. It was not mentioned by the representative (J) and not proposed on the day of the move. The movers could not communicate in English, making it impossible to give instructions or resolve issues. The movers left our bathrooms in a disgusting, unsanitary condition. The agreed plan was to disassemble the armoire at pickup and reassemble it at delivery. Instead, they attempted to move it improperly and only dismantled it at delivery when it didn?t fit ? causing damage. Schlepper refused to reimburse us or send a professional restorer, and instead offered $120 for damage to a $15,000 antique. This is unprofessional, misleading."
