"Beware of Brian Hoffman, DBA “Premier Services”. I agree with all the negative reviews here - I had the same experience. He did a bathroom project for me October ‘24. He did a poor job, including an improperly installed toilet that was leaking under the floor. He agreed by text message to a $300 refund in Nov. ’24, but still hasn’t paid as of the end of July ’25, even after losing in Small Claims Court. He uses multiple addresses in various LI towns and won’t tell you his actual current address. The one listed on Angi is a street that does not even exist. Now he won’t respond to texts or phone calls."

Mike tried to complete the jobs himself but simply made things worse. Had to find someone else to the job and clean up his mess. Not worth hiring. The two workers were polite and efficient and when I questioned why my office window looked like the soap was not rinsed he advised that they rinsed it twice (2nd story) and offered to clean it again.
