"Mitch from America's Key called me immediately upon my posting (Friday). We spoke for a bit on the phone that day. He understood exactly what I needed and his price was fair. So, I booked him. He came yesterday morning (Monday) and completed the job quickly and professionally. While Mitch was here I asked him about a couple of other potential projects and he was very honest in telling me that it would be costly and so he did not recommend that I proceed with the other projects. I really appreciated his honesty. As a business owner, I also do not recommend that my clients do work that is too costly and not needed. For all of these reasons, I would recommend this company to others. To summarize, Mitch provided good quality work, completed the job quickly and charged me a fair price. What more could you ask for? "

"Beware of Brian Hoffman, DBA “Premier Services”. I agree with all the negative reviews here - I had the same experience. He did a bathroom project for me October ‘24. He did a poor job, including an improperly installed toilet that was leaking under the floor. He agreed by text message to a $300 refund in Nov. ’24, but still hasn’t paid as of the end of July ’25, even after losing in Small Claims Court. He uses multiple addresses in various LI towns and won’t tell you his actual current address. The one listed on Angi is a street that does not even exist. Now he won’t respond to texts or phone calls."
