"FLOOR WORK well done. BUT vendors should NOT do ANYTHING UNRELATED to the job hired for in someone's HOME WITHOUT 1ST asking OWNER! Without asking, Ray, Doug's assistant, opened the beach-facing slider while I was in another room for 2 MINUTES and THOUGH there was an EYE-LEVEL RED SIGN posted ON the slider to DETER anyone FROM opening it AND a STOPPER to stop the slider in case anyone STUPIDLY opened it ANYWAY. When I returned and saw it opened, I complained to Ray but didn't want to piss them off and not finish my floor, so I backed off. But NOW the slider won't close, much less LOCK! (PICTURED: Stopper jammed in slider). I called Doug and he pretended to not recall the situation. I said I wanted them to return and FIX it. He grudgingly said OK, but said he was working "on the far end of town". They never showed. NOR called. (Surprise!, Surprise!) NOW I have to PAY a SLIDER company to FIX what THEY DID! IGNORANT! DISRESPECTFUL! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! And VERY POOR Customer Service!!! "

"The grout color sealing job did not last two months. The grout stains are returning and continuing to worsen over time. I paid $700 for this job. I called to file a warranty claim and their response was they will come out when they in the area which apparently is not very often. How interesting as they were out the next day for the initial job. Why should customers have to wait months to get the problem remedied? Constant calls result in we will get to you. Stay away from this company!"
