"Very well. I called at 9 am and was able to get an appointment for 4 PM. Gene actually showed up at 3 PM and had the knob fixed (it didn't need a replacement as I feared) in about 20 minutes. Took less time and cost less money than I thought it would. What's not to like?"

"I called Custom Pull Out Shelves to have them quote me on custom pull outs. My intention was to have our kitchen cabinets painted and add new pull outs. After meeting and talking with Tom I ruled out having the cabinets painted and started seriously looking into having them refaced. I searched Angie's list for three companies that refaced cabinets and setup interviews with all three. Tom from Custom Pull Outs was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. I felt no pressure to sign a contact or commit to anything at any time. The one thing that sold me was that all the work would be done by employees of CPOS not subcontractor. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that takes the customers satisfaction very seriously. <br />"
