"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"Jim Lockhart is the best of the best. From the time we were planning our project right through completion, he was the model of precision and professionalism. While Jim owns the business, he also worked on site each and every day. Our project together included a 2nd floor master suite addition, additional bathroom remodel, new roof, siding, windows, and HVAC! Jim was always on time and showed up when he said he was. Once our project started he was there every day consistently and worked incredibly hard each day. He worked with high quality sub-contractors when necessary (roof, electrical, and plumbing) and held them to highest standard and was on site while they worked. While construction was occuring, Jim was careful to keep our house as clean as possible and took extra care to ensure my children were comfortable and safe and their home. Jim even took the time say good morning to our dog each day in an effort to make our whole family comfortable! He cleaned each and every day. He was a master communicator and walked us through each step from start to finish. Jim worked on our home for almost 6 months and he took every detail seriously every day. I would highly recommend Jim for any scale job! You would be hard pressed to find a more skilled or professional contractor!"

"Martin came out immediately and installed a 20 ft flag pole in my front yard. He ran into some tree roots and removed them. No problem for him, he was great and did a beautiful job. I hope to hire him soon to build a screened porch"

"It was a pleasure working with Dan from start to finish.  He contacted us right away (even apologized for taking a few days!) and came out to see what was needed.  Solved the problem (mold on bathroom ceiling required fan to remove moisture) and e-mailed us a fee quote, which was very reasonable.  He correctly estimated the time when he could fit us in between larger jobs, and kept us apprised of the status.  He and his assistant arrived promptly on both days, and didn't even mind our one dog's snooping in their tools and our other dog's incessant barking!  They worked unobtrusively and were very pleasant.  The bathroom ceiling looks better than new; we can't stop admiring it.  The storm door is hung perfectly.  They even adjusted our outside motion-sensor light (at no charge), which had been driving us crazy for a year.  Now it's perfect!   We're delighted we found Dan and will definitely hire him for future projects.
