"Overall, Economy Restorations seems to be a reputable business, however their customer service is unsatisfactory. After I scheduled (and paid) for my roof repair, a week went by without hearing from them. Once I reached out to them, I received a shortly worded reply that the work had been completed. In my opinion, someone should have contacted me once the work was complete to let me know all had went well."

"Union showed up early to the appointment. My asphalt roof needed to be replaced. They replaced it with a new, energy efficient rubber roof with new roof vents in one day. They also patched and repaired my chimney."
