He was very pleasant and did a good job, but I was surprised when he told me the cost to replace the deadbolt lock would be $250, but he would do it for $50 less. I thought this seemed too costly, but he said that this was the going rate these days for a locksmith to do this work, so I let him do it. However,I still believe that this was excessively high, and in hindsight, I wish I had gotten at least one other estimate first."
