"Greg is an excellent professional. We would absolutely would recommend Pera Concrete to anyone looking fir concrete work. We had a patio removed and replaced and are quite happy with how it turned out, how responsive they were and how completely professional they were throughout the process."

"It went well. Bob Steck the representative was very knowledgeable and responsive and won my trust immediately. I would give the job an A all around except for one disappointment. The crew, who were genial and polite, thought they were finished when I pointed out that no wall patching had been done even though it was in the contract. This brought on some grumbling which, though understandable, I did not appreciate. They patched the wall as required but I suspect they did this more hastily than they might have otherwise. When I came back I found that the clean-out valve, exit pipe, soil pipe and window sill were covered in cement splotches. This is an aesthetic quibble but it soured a job otherwise well-done. I think if they had taken just a little more time on the wall and to clean up, I would have been perfectly satisfied. It hasn't rained since the installation, but the French drain itself looks good to go. I would recommend them."

"The crew was very respectful and did an excellent job on the demolition of my trailer park home in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up and removed."

"They were awesome!  Arrived on time, did all the work agreed upon and then some, were very neat and clean in the process and a little bonus was that they were all very nice and polite.  Great price as well.  Would hire again."

"Provided complete construction drawings on time, which were approved by county without any need for revisions. Sepehr and Saed were very responsive and were quick to perform a site visit and start the work. Highly recommend due to professionalism and expertise."

"They showed up on time and got straight to work. I had a fence, a dozen bushes and a large garden with a tree removed. Everything was done quickly and they cleaned up nicely. I would definitely use them again and have already told one guy about them the same day!"
