Technician Rob also communicated in advance, arrived precisely as scheduled, and worked non-stop in the attic. He took photos of the finished job and discussed details with me. Javier was awesome, and walked me through all aspects of the project, including mold and water damage remediation, as well as the rebuild. We got quotes from other companies, but ended up going with AllDry not only because their pricing was fair, but also because of their ability to complete the entire project in house, from mold remediation to stucco repair to redoing the flooring. "Very professional, but you get what you pay for. I purchased the Exterior House paint job for $1399, They came out and measured every inch of house and said can only do the back and 1/2 of the front for what I paid. Ad stated two coats but they only put on one coat, said they put the coat "heavy". So I was left painting the other two sides of the house and had to pay extra to finish painting the front. They did do a good job on the areas they painted though. Everything was nickel and dime, he didn't want to paint the doors, said they weren't included in the deal. Had to show him in writing that doors were included. Overall, the workers were great, just don't expect anything extra if you by a prepaid package deal. <br />"
