I was not not able to meet him due to conflicting schedules ,I am a single parent with time constraints but he did not want to leave me stuck so he offered to walk me through the troubleshooting process for my issue. Told me how to fix it and offered phone support if needed. It was 9 pm and I was willing to give it a try. I did make a mess with a drain hose but he was correct in the cause and saved me some money. Very difficult to find somebody willing to help and sacrifice the cost of a service call. I will definitely call him for future repairs. He helped me out in a bind !"

I was not very happy with their work.  They came twice.  They charged me for the thermostat. The next day it stopped and then they charged me for the control panel. I got upset and asked why the guy before did not diagnosis that. I wasn't very happy with that. For the price they did not do a good job. They came out really fast. The workers were professional. They should have done the right diagnostic the first time instead they had to come twice and I had to spend money twice. That's cheating.

"This is the third time we have worked with Rene and Renaissance Restoration. Rene and his guys are a pleasure to work with, and they do high quality work. Work performed included: Repairing and painting walls in kitchen, family room, bathroom and laundry room Replacing track lighting with pendant lights with dimmer Power washing and painting large front porch floor and steps Replacing and painting a casement basement door. Rene is very accommodating with schedule, shows up when he says he'll be there, responds quickly to questions, and he and his team do beautiful work. "Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."
