I asked if I could have the salvaged bluestone. JB took care of the city permits, and the workers were there at 8 AM, prying up bluestone and piling it neatly in my back yard. The driveway looks great."

"Alex is the rare contractor who is honest, hardworking, patient, and does really high quality work. Highly, highly recommended. He installed a brick walkway which was difficult because we had to match new bricks with old bricks on the stoop (which were still good) but which were 25 years old. Alex busted his but to find a supplier in Jersey who could provide the bricks. But the supplier them went palms up and delayed the delivery. Regardless, he kept us informed throughout and in the end we have a beautiful walkway. The neighbors have complemented us and asked for his name. He is not only honest, but his prices are reasonable and the bricks had no markup. I almost hate to leave a glowing review as I plan to use Alex for other projects, but he earned it and I hope he gets some quality customers. And he shows up to not only provide an estimate, but to show you a stack of photos of the many walkways, driveways, patios, cement work, walls, etc, he's done.
