"Sal and his crew did a lot of work for us last year - paver walkways, patio, and raised deck. He was great, quick, reasonable and we were thrilled with the work. We’ve gotten lots of compliments on the yard since then. We had a pool added on to the paver deck since then and when we reopened the pool this year we noticed that the pavers had sunken in a bit in the middle. I waited all summer to call Sal about it because I was afraid of the hassle I was sure it would be to get it fixed. I emailed Sal this week and he called me within 24 hours. He came that day to look at it and within another 24 hours, he and his crew had repaved the whole deck. No questions and no charge. He also replaced two stones that we had damaged, as a courtesy. Just before doing the job we had a torrential rain storm and with the amount of water coming down my driveway we realized that a dry well was needed if this was going to be the new normal. Tony gave me a fair price on adding it to the job (I checked with a friend in construction). His team was great. I'm not worried about water off my house or coming off my neighbors property.
